For women cloth, just choose the size and color, then add to cart and proceed to checkout.


For our Jewelry Accessories,which are customized.

1,Fill out separate boxes for each feature you personalize, including inscription (please note character limits), birthstone if needed.

2,Click Add to Cart when you’re ready to confirm your order details and proceed to checkout.

- Please visit our website www.keepfabs.com, and choose your favorite name necklace style by clicking on the image .
- Follow the steps to
enter inscription" and choose font if needed ,then you can proceed to checkout.

- Preview your name necklace design, and then add your name necklace to shopping cart and you can proceed to checkout.

Q3,How do I buy personalized photo jewelry?

Please visit our personalized photo jewelry website page, and choose your favorite photo jewelry. Upload the picture from your computer or cell phone to the required field on our website, and adjust the image to the right position. Confirm the design of your personalized photo necklace and to follow the checkout procedure. We recommend selecting a light and clear picture, less than 1.5M in JPG or PNG format.

Q4,I’m having trouble uploading photos.

First, check for pop-up messages that might identify the issue. If you are using a laptop or desktop computer, try using a different browser. If you are using a mobile phone, please make sure the network is stable enough to upload a picture. Our system does not recognize PDF files. PDF will need to be converted to either a JPG or PNG file. If neither of these options work, try using another photo. If you are still unable to upload, please contact customer Service.

Q5,Can I have my order shipped in a gift box?

The gift box can be added when shopping on each individual product page.

Q6,Can I wear the Jewelry items when taking shower or swimming?

We do not suggest wear our product s when contacting water or other liquids.

Q7,How do I know what women cloth size to choose?

You can check the size chart on the product page easy reference.also you can contact our customer service with your size measurement.

Q8,How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note the total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)and the delivery time are different from in stock items and customized items.

Q9,How do I return or exchange an item?

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our customer service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.

Q10,An order has been placed. Can I cancel it?

Please contact our customer service first.The personalized item can not be canceled once it’s processed,if customer insist on canceling the order,there will bee material and labour cost to charge from customer accordingly.


Q11,What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?


Every item has been well checked and done strict quality inspection before sending out.Please contact our customer service with the order number and picture of the parcel/item you received. We will work to resolve the problem immediately.
